The Department of Finance is currently reviewing the Irish tax appeal system with the intention of introducing long overdue reforms. On 14th May 2014, as a representative of the Law Society Taxation Committee Michael O’Connor met officials at the Department to discuss proposals put forward by the Law Society Taxation Committee.
