The Dutch Irish Business Association (DIBA) invited Ursula Tipp to speak at the event “Hybrid Working – Trends, Challenges and Practicalities” at the Aloft Hotel, Dublin. Ursula presented the different aspects of hybrid working, especially from a European legal perspective, and also focused on the legal challenges for employers and employees.

Ursula Tipp was invited to the event at the residence of the Belgian ambassador where the new ambassadors of Belgium and Luxembourg were introduced.
Ms. Tipp had the opportunity to meet the Irish Minister of State for Trade Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation Robert Troy after his speech about the important trade relations between Ireland, Luxembourg and Belgium.
On 10 March 2022 Ursula Tipp was the guest speaker at a Belgium Luxemburg Chamber of Commerce (BLCC) Event. In the presence of the Belgium Ambassador, Ms. Tipp explained the difficulties of employees returning to the workplace after the COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Tipp discussed and addressed the consequences from a European legal perspective including the significant upcoming legislation in Ireland.
