The Webinar “Market and Law in Ireland” dealt with some of the legal and tax regulations that foreign businesses must observe when operating in Ireland. Ursula Tipp gave advice on cross-border contract design, company incorporations, distribution and agency agreements, construction projects and the secondment of staff to Ireland. This was followed by an interactive Question & Answer session.
